Service Delivery Policy

HamzaPrint sells digital consulting services only. No physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how and when our services are delivered.

1. Delivery method

Consultations are delivered live online via Google Meet or Zoom. Written summaries, action plans and roadmaps are delivered by email in PDF or document format.

2. Delivery timeline

• Booking confirmation: within 24 hours of payment.
• Session: usually within 1–7 days, at a time agreed with you.
• Written summary / action plan: within 48 hours after the session.
• Premium email support: 7 days from your first session.

3. Availability

Sessions are available Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00 (Central European Time). Other times can be arranged on request. Services are available to clients worldwide.

4. Languages

Consultations are offered in English and Italian.

5. Requirements

You need a stable internet connection and a device with a camera or microphone. No special software is required beyond a web browser.

6. Problems with delivery

If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us directly.
