These Terms of Service govern your use of hamzaprint.online and the purchase of consulting services from HamzaPrint, Str. 32, 07100 Sassari SS, Italy. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

HamzaPrint provides online consulting services about print on demand businesses, including store setup, niche research, design strategy, supplier selection, pricing and marketing advice. Services are delivered remotely by video call and email. No physical products are sold or shipped.

2. Packages and prices

• Starter – $15: one 30-minute consultation with written summary.
• Growth – $29: one 60-minute consultation with written action plan.
• Pro – $49: one 90-minute consultation with store audit and detailed action plan.
• Premium – $79: two 60-minute consultations, growth roadmap and 7 days of email support.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are charged as a one-time payment. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

3. Payment

Payment is required in full before the consultation and is processed securely by Stripe. We accept the payment methods available at checkout, including major credit and debit cards.

4. Booking and scheduling

After payment you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to schedule your session. Sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase. You may reschedule once free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. No guarantee of results

Our consultations provide professional advice and education. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own actions, market conditions and third-party platforms. We do not guarantee any specific income, sales or results.

7. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, attend scheduled sessions on time, and use the advice at your own discretion. You are responsible for complying with the rules of platforms you use (such as Etsy, Shopify or Printify) and for respecting third-party intellectual property in your designs.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, materials and documents provided during consultations remain the property of HamzaPrint and are licensed to you for personal business use only. You may not resell or redistribute them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HamzaPrint's total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers keep any mandatory protections granted by the laws of their country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
